Where Industry Leaders Unite to Solve the Mold Crisis
The Austin Air Mold Summit is a first-of-its-kind, nationally promoted educational event designed to become the most comprehensive, trusted resource for individuals and families impacted by mold exposure as well as for clinicians, health providers, and professionals seeking clearer guidance for supporting mold-affected patients.
Hosted by Austin Air Systems—an industry leader in medical-grade air purification for over 35 years—this summit brings together respected voices across medicine, remediation, real estate, law, advocacy, and technology to address mold from every angle: health, home, rights, and recovery.
Mold exposure is complex. Its impact reaches far beyond walls and HVAC systems—affecting physical health, mental health, children’s development, housing decisions, and legal rights. Yet reliable, centralized education remains fragmented—not only for the public, but also for clinicians and providers who are often left without clear, cross-disciplinary resources. The Austin Air Mold Summit exists to change that.
What the summit will cover
Participants will collectively create a true one-stop resource for mold-impacted individuals and the professionals who serve them by addressing:
- Physical and mental health effects of mold exposure in both adults and children
- Pediatric and adult functional medicine perspectives
- Clinical insights to help providers better identify, support, and guide mold-impacted patients
- Mold testing and detection technologies (including innovative and canine detection methods)
- Proper remediation standards and common failures
- Real estate considerations: buying, selling, renting, and building mold-safe homes
- Legal rights, mold laws, and tenant/homeowner protections
- Advocacy efforts and policy-level change
- Environmental risk factors tied to humidity, flooding, and seasonal conditions
Who's Participating?

- Pediatric Functional Medicine Practitioners

Together, participants will represent a powerful cross-section of national leaders and industry experts working collaboratively to educate the public and to equip clinicians and providers with clearer pathways for patient guidance and referrals.
Unmatched Visibility for Participants
This summit is not a one-week event—it is a long-term visibility engine.
Austin Air will promote the summit heavily throughout March 2026 and continue promotion well beyond the launch. All summit access will require registration through a dedicated Austin Air Mold Solutions Summit landing page, ensuring a highly engaged, opt-in audience that includes patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals alike.
Marketing support for participants includes:
- National press releases
- Robust social and digital advertising
- Email marketing campaigns
- SMS marketing campaigns
- Ongoing regional promotion tied to seasonal mold risk (spring flooding, coastal humidity, summer heat)
These combined efforts are expected to generate hundreds of millions of impressions, dramatically increasing participant visibility with both consumer and professional audiences.
Ongoing Promotion—Before, During, and After
Austin Air will actively spotlight participants across multiple channels:
- Dedicated email features highlighting summit experts, services, and companies
- Educational emails designed to help registrants—including clinicians—navigate summit content
- Social media teasers, reels, shorts, and clips—tagging participants to expand reach
- Continued promotion of the summit as a perpetual on-demand resource
- Targeted outreach to high-risk geographic regions and vulnerable populations
Unlike traditional summits that disappear after launch, the Austin Air Mold Summit will remain online indefinitely and continue driving exposure, authority, and professional referrals for participants over time.
